  • Taking into account the varying financial transaction types used by people from different parts of the globe, MediMushrooms International Ltd is pleased to offer you a choice of payment options. Rest assured that whichever option you choose, your purchasing details are secure.

    Completing your purchase online is HIGHLY recommended. You will have the option to pay using your credit card or debit card OR using Internet Banking.

    If you would like to phone in your order and provide your card details, you will need to place your order during our office hours. 

  • Credit / Debit Card Payment (via PayPal)

    You can pay for your online purchase with your Credit Card or Debit Card. MediMushrooms International Ltd accepts both VISA and Mastercard. Your payment will be processed via PayPal.

    You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay using PayPal.

    When you checkout using PayPal, you will be taken to a PayPal payment page where you can enter your credit/debit/gift card details for processing

  • Bank Transfer

    MediMushrooms International Ltd also offers the option for you to make your payment as a bank to bank transfer. In some cases, your bank may charge you a fee to process the bank transfer.

    When you choose the Bank Transfer option, you will be taken to a page that summarizes your purchase. You must confirm that you wish to use the bank transfer option to proceed.

    Then you will be given our banking details and instructions for you to submit your payment.

  • MediMushrooms International Ltd offers a variety of shipping options - some specific to our customers in New Zealand and others for our international customers. Please note that the shipping cost does not merely cover postage, but it includes packaging and handling costs as well.

    As soon as confirmation of your payment has been received, we will ready your order for shipping. You will receive a email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Soon thereafter, you will receive another email containing a tracking link for you to follow the progress of the delivery of your order.

    IMPORTANT:
    Once we have shipped your parcel via your chosen courier, it is out of our hands and our control.

    Should you have an issue with your delivery, kindly contact your courier FIRST so that they can trace your parcel and get it to you.

    Please note that no tracking information will be available until the courier has picked up your parcel and scanned it into their system. Courier pick up is done daily from Monday to Friday ONLY (except public holidays, then pickup is on the next business day). In some cases, it can take a day or two for the tracking information to be updated in the courier's system.

    A premium courier service for overnight delivery within New Zealand to any residential or business street address, NZ Post PO Box or Private Bag.
