  • Track Your Package from MediMushrooms

  • Whether you are a New Zealand based customer or one of our international customers, you can now easily track your MediMushrooms shipment using the 17Track All-in-one package tracking platform below.

    Please note that no tracking information will be available until the courier has picked up your parcel and scanned it into their system. Courier pick up is done daily from Monday to Friday on business days ONLY (for public holidays, the pickup is on the next business day). In some cases, it can take a day or two for the tracking information to be updated in the courier's system.

    To track your package, first determine which shipping carrier was used by comparing your tracking code to the carrier info below. Then follow the appropriate instructions. If there are no tracking results OR there is a web error, you can go directly to the appropriate shipping carrier's website by clicking on their name (in green) below and enter your tracking code there.

  • Aramex / Fastway (NZ)

    Most domestic orders are shipped via Aramex, formerly Fastway (NZ). For these orders, the tracking code begins with FX or MX. Please follow these steps to track your package:

    • Enter your tracking code and click the TRACK button.
    • Click on the Fastway (NZ) to select the correct shipping carrier.
  • Aramex (International)

    International orders shipped via Aramex have a tracking code with only numbers, no letters. Please following these steps to track your package:

    • Enter your tracking code and click the TRACK button.
    • If you see the origin listed as United States (USPS), click the USPS link and search for Aramex in the search box
    • Click on Aramex (with the red icon) to change the shipping carrier.
  • NZ Post / CourierPost

    Orders shipped via NZ Post or CourierPost would have a tracking code which ends with NZ.

    • Just enter your tracking code and click the TRACK button.

    The system should automatically recognise the tracking code.

  • IMPORTANT:
    Once we have shipped your parcel via your chosen courier, it is out of our hands and our control.

    Should you have an issue with your delivery, kindly contact the courier FIRST so that they can trace your parcel and get it to you.
